With moving back to Bristol and finding paid work, i have not really had time to update my blog or work on the new video. I have just recently finished filming the Seiko 49er Europeans, in Italy, which was great. The event was the first time i had taken on such a huge contract on my own, with help from my good friend James Warner, we worked really hard to produce daily videos and made some good connections.
Winter is starting showing its teeth, so its time to sit down and get the new release finished. interVIEW has taken over a year and ive been to some of the best places in the world. With any film music is key, so i will be spending alot of time on finding tracks and making sure they fit the style of the film.

Hopefully i will have it finished in time for christmas and have a premiere in the UK.

LEMON BOWLS
Will Brawn is a friend of mine who has a different type of style to many other people i know. He surfs the oldest skateboards and surfboards, he lives in a big red van and his beard is something similar to Tom Hanks, in the film Cast Away. Ive always wanted to capture his love for skating steep hills and bowls, so we tried filming Lemon Street, in Truro, numerous amount of times but it seems to constantly be busy with cars. The bowls are located in Tucking Mill, in Camborne, which have been around for a few years now. I filmed this little piece not long after i had purchased my 7D, there are many technical things i would love to go back and change, but sometimes you just have to work with what you have got. (a short surfing film about Will soon to come)
